How does Autolane handle security and compliance?

Last updated: June 25, 2026

Context

Your security or vendor risk team needs to evaluate Autolane's security posture before or during the partnership.

Answer

Autolane takes security and data handling seriously. Here's where things stand:

  • Compliance: Autolane's current compliance status — including SOC 2 — and supporting documentation are available in the trustcenter.goautolane.com. Your security team can review security documentation, compliance status, and data handling practices there.

  • Data handling and retention. Property data is treated as Confidential — Autolane's highest protection class — encrypted at rest and in transit, with access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Autolane retains data only as long as there's a business, legal, or contractual need, and deletes property data within 90 days of contract termination. Third-party providers that store or process this data are assessed against Autolane's security requirements.
